Zoe’s Home Daycare is a home-based child care service; it’s not fancy or high-tech, it’s more like visiting Grandma’s house. In fact, the children call Zoe Sotiriou Yia-Yia, which means “Grandma” in Greek.
Zoe’s daycare is about love and building a child’s self-confidence and independence. She strives to provide a safe, fun, and loving environment for little ones to grow and develop. Daycare can be an overwhelming and scary experience at the tender ages of 0-3 years old. But, because Zoe uses the same child care providers each and every day, as well as only accepting a small group, the babies have a much easier time transitioning from home. Zoe’s biggest goal is to keep the little ones safe and happy, while they play and learn together.
Zoe and her assistants prepared a detailed daily report for the parents, detailing how the child ate, behaved, slept, and interacted with the other children. They pay very close attention to each child, and pass along tips on how to help them continue to develop at home.
Every day, Zoe prepares a home-cooked meal for the children, and when the weather permits, the children can go out and play in the large, private, backyard playground.
Zoe’s Home Daycare isn’t fancy or high-tech, and she doesn’t claim to prepare your kids for college. But she does offer an old-fashioned, common sense, and loving approach to caring for infants and toddlers.
