We love that a good pair of leggings offers plenty of stretch, comfort, softness, and, most crucially, stays put when working out, running, walking, or dancing the night away. In our book, camo leggings take athleisure wear up a notch and make the perfect gift for her. They offer up what we love about leggings – namely, comfort, breathability, and stretch – with an added natural appearance to any outfit. Besides, if you ever want to venture into the great outdoors (aka the woods) in comfort and style, a nice pair will definitely fit the bill.

Seriously, camo leggings look amazing with virtually anything, from your itsy-bitsy skirt and button-down blouse to an oversized sweater to winter boots, bold socks, and even sneakers. This combat-inspired print goes well with just about any outfit, mood, or vibe. For me, camo leggings are my go-to no matter the time of the year.

The feeling of finding the perfect pair of camo leggings is out of this world, especially now that pieces with natural prints and a bit of stretch have taken over our closets. We have already put together a well-curated list of the best camo leggings this year, but the one we’re talking about today is Runway Legging from LA-based Sanctuary Clothing.

In particular, we’re reviewing the one in Forest Camo, although you can get a pair in classic black. Right from first sight, we must admit that these leggings look dashing, feel comfortable, and bring out the best of both worlds – fashion and functionality.

Aside from the camo style, one of the most awesome features of these leggings is the skinny design with a slim and snug fit. Despite this, the fabric blend is extra soft, offering a second-skin feel on your body.

We love that the pair hugs the contours of the body for figure-hugging wear. As such, we appreciate how these leggings make for a comfy and super cute way to showcase our curves without digging into the sign. In fact, we were surprised to find no waistband mark after slipping out of the leggings.

The all-over camo print is not only eye-catching but also makes it super easy to throw together a last-minute outfit, as it marries well with pretty much any kind of shoe and top. We can positively say that the leggings go perfectly well with trainers, high heels, flats, sneakers (both slip-on & lace-up), ankle boots [with a good pair of boot socks), loafers, and even hiking boots.

Talking of tops, we’re able to pull off these camo leggings with almost anything, from oversized sweatshirts to polo shirts and even sequin tops. From our experience, you can easily dress these leggings up with sandals and an oversized blazer or dress them down with a hoodie for those lazy weekend strolls in the park, mall, or street.

The forest camo combination of neutral and muted hues opens up a whole new world of possibilities when it comes to styling the leggings. We find that the leggings blend well with bold, bright colors, but classic black and neutral tones can also do the trick.

On the front of the camo leggings are fake pockets and a zipper for that faux-denim appeal that we all love and cherish. The back, however, sports real, functional pockets that easily tucked away my credit cards, small wallet, and trusty smartphone. The pockets are surprisingly stretchy and the leggings stay in place despite the weight of the content.

The material blend gets high marks from us for being incredibly comfortable, flexible, and fairly soft even to the touch. With a well-balanced blend of rayon, polyester, and spandex, they are flattering and offer great stretch, as well as amazing opacity in the bright light. We also love that they’re machine washable, although we recommend cold wash for best results.

This mighty pair of camo leggings retains its feminine shape while providing a high level of breathability and moisture management. For this reason, we think they’re great for running errands, traveling, or putting together a quick yet elegant outfit. But they really shine the best in the yoga studio, gym, and in other places where you work out.
